1st Post

This is the first post in this blog, and I can say I am very excited we finally got it started. Greg and myself went to high school together, and despite his enormous weight gain, and my move to Louisville we have remained good friends. One of the biggest reasons for this is our shared interest in Cincinnati and Kentucky sports. Whether it be the Bengals, Reds, Wildcats, Bearcats, Cardinals, Flyers, or Buckeyes, our sports opinions are never short, and almost always offensive.

So if hearing Mike Brown (Bengals owner) described as a selfish, over-the-hill, anti-christ of an owner is your kind of thing then stay tuned.

Hit up the comments section and share your thoughts on anything at all, and be sure to tell your friends and family where to get their fix on the tristate area sports.

  1. Pitt 27, UC 24.

UC falls to the Meineke Car Car Bowl in Charlotte while Pitt goes to the Sugar Bowl to face Florida/Alabama loser.

Tony Pike and his fine receiving crew (Gilyard, Binns, Woods) get their yards and put up some points, but the Pitt rushing attack controls the clock and wears down the UC defense. Pitt's defense holds off a last-minute charge by the Bearcats.

  2. Ballsy prediction there. I definitely think Pitt will hold their own against the Bearcats, but I just don't see UC losing this game. Too much on the line for Brian Kelly and the university. UC 31 Pitt 27. Pike leads a 4th quarter touchdown drive for the win.
